Because ‘Just Get Organized’ is Not a Strategy

Standardized systems for the non-standardized educator. Streamline your Pre-K to 2nd grade planning with a blueprint designed for how your brain actually works.

Welcome to adhTeach. This space was born from my own fairly recent (though, let’s be honest, not exactly surprising) ADHD diagnosis. As I started diving into how my brain actually works, I noticed something wild: there are endless resources for supporting our neurodivergent students, but almost nothing for the neurodivergent teacher.

We’re taught how to help our students think differently, but not how to navigate a career that often feels built for a different brain. I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s figure out the "how" together. We will take the DISORDER out of ADHD and replace it with TEACHING … because with the right systems we don’t survive- we thrive.

Take a breath. Your tabs can wait.

Teacher prep time is short, and your brain is running a million miles an hour. You’ve probably got 20 tabs open right now. Let’s pause for five seconds. Match your breath to the circle, reset your shoulders, and then keep scrolling when you're ready.

My Chaos To Calm Blueprint

I spent years drowning in complicated planners and "magic" curriculums that only added to my overwhelm. I was losing the magic of teaching to the weight of the logistics.

So, I built the system I actually needed.

This isn't just a spreadsheet; it’s an automated engine designed to handle the 400-tab shuffle for you. It simplifies the "how" so you can get back to the "who"—your students.

Classroom Resources - Teachers Pay Teachers

This space will continue to evolve as I learn about more ways to support the atypical, dare I say disorganized, brain. Check out the journey thus far.
